Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

We understand that mistakes and spelling errors do happen; however we cannot refund orders that contained errors at the time of order.

While we do our very best to ensure that personalization is perfect on our end, at times we do make an error. We will fix your order and will get a new item to you or we will refund you. Please contact us at contact@stitchandscribe.com or at 734-418-2662 to discuss your return or refund.

If your item was not personalized, and for it to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned within 30 days of the date of the purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund your order as soon as we receive it. Items can be returned to us at 21996 Meridian Lane, Novi, MI 48375
